The Counselling Centre for Foreigners and Refugees provides following services:

1. Registered services

general and professional social counselling including legal counselling:

information (of general character) and advice (how to solve a difficult personal situation)

accompanying to government offices and other public authorities

active negotiation concerning user’s affairs

job search assistance and accommodation search assistance

mediation of professional legal service

translation and interpreting service

mediation of spiritual service

2. Additional services

material help in justified cases (household equipment, basic clothing, footwear and bedclothes from humanitarian store, food aid, etc.), crisis intervention, educational and multicultural events, school meetings

Nabízíme:

poradenství v otázkách pobytu na území ČR
pomoc s vyplňováním formulářů
tlumočení z/do ruského a ukrajinského jazyka
asistence při jednání u přepážek

cizincům ze třetích zemí pobývajícím na území ČR legálně v režimu zákona o pobytu cizinců 326/1999 Sb., ve znění pozdějších předpisů a osobám s udělenou mezinárodní ochranou
